Martin Barre (Jethro Tull)
Martin is an English rock musician best known for his work as lead guitarist with progressive rock band Jethro Tull, with whom he recorded and toured from their second album in 1969 to the band's initial dissolution in 2012.
Martin appears at SFF this year as part of a tour to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of his joining Jethro Tull. On the tour he was supported by his band consisting Alan Thomson (Bass), Dan Crisp (Guitar and Vocals) and Darby Todd (Drums) along with special guests, former Tull alumni, Dee Palmer on keyboards and Clive Bunker on Drums. The band were completed with Ali Humphries and Becca Langsford on backing vocals.
